University Registration

Registration Process

The official registration process directly with the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC).

1. Document Submission (July) You need to submit your documents to UCSC via the UCSC Registration portal in July.

2. Scheduled Visit They will schedule a date for each student as a list. Mostly, the schedule will fall on a weekend. You must go in person.

3. Dress Code You must wear Black and White (Applies for both boys and girls).

4. Required Documents

A/L and O/L Original Result Sheets.
Birth Certificate (If it is in Tamil, you MUST bring an English translation. If it is in Sinhala, it is okay).
If there are any name mismatches in your certificates, you need to bring an Affidavit.

5. University ID It is just a document submission process. Once verified, they will issue your official University ID.

UCSC VLE Activation

Post-Registration

Within one week after document submission, your UCSC Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) account will get activated.

Study at Elite BIT is an external degree. After VLE activation, you will begin classes regularly at Elite Institute.
